Jenny is a proud third-generation Texan, deeply rooted in the vibrant southside of San Antonio. As the co-founder and CEO of H&H General Contractors, she spearheads the creation of custom homes across the greater San Antonio region. Jenny’s commitment to homeownership transcends construction; she offers a personalized home-buying journey enriched by her comprehensive expertise in real estate, design, construction, and regulatory matters. Under her leadership, H&H has crafted over 100 homes—equivalent to six city blocks—bringing homeownership dreams to life for countless San Antonians.

A dedicated community leader, Jenny harnesses her entrepreneurial and corporate acumen to champion initiatives that inspire and uplift underserved youth, helping them envision a brighter future. She is passionate about fostering authentic, supportive relationships that nurture their growth and success.

Jenny serves as a founding board member of the Flamingo Club and as Chairwoman of YoungLife - San Antonio South. A proud University of Texas alumna, she enjoys embarking on new adventures with her family and cheering on her junior golfer.

Andrés Hernandez is the Managing Director of H&H General Contractors, a family-built general contracting firm known for its commitment to quality and integrity. With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Andrés has a remarkable story of perseverance and dedication, having started his career on the frontlines at construction sites. 

Born and raised in San Antonio, Andrés learned the value of hard work at a young age. After high school, he took on various jobs in construction, where his keen attention to detail and strong work ethic quickly set him apart. As he gained experience on the job site, he embraced every opportunity for growth, eventually moving into management and supply chain roles.

Recognizing the importance of education, Andrés pursued further training in construction management and real estate while working full-time. His dedication paid off, and he quickly ascended through the ranks, eventually becoming the co-founder of H&H. Under his leadership, the company has completed over 100 successful projects that were completed on time and within budget, earning him a reputation as a trusted leader in the industry.

In his role as Managing Director, Andrés oversees all operations at H&H General Construction, focusing on strategic growth and fostering a customer-centric culture. He is passionate about mentoring the next generation of construction professionals and young people, often sharing his own journey to inspire others to pursue their dreams.

Outside of work, Andrés is an active community member, volunteering with YoungLife - San Antonio South. He lives in the region with his family and enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with friends.
